Cancellation Policy

At The Aesthetic Clinic, we value your time and strive to provide the highest level of service. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

48-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee or result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit.

Credit Card Requirement: All appointments require a credit card on file to secure your booking and enforce this cancellation policy.
