Laser Hair Removal
What does it do?
- Our clinic requires no antibiotics or steroids for two weeks before treatment. If you take either, contact us before your appointment. Do not stop prescribed medication without your prescriber’s guidance.
- Avoid sun exposure to the treatment area, tanning beds, and self-tanner for two weeks before treatment. If you still have a tan, treatment may need to be postponed.
- No waxing, tweezing, or depilatory treatments, such as Nair, between laser sessions. Shaving is allowed.
Temporary redness, swelling, and sensitivity can occur after treatment. Follow your provider’s aftercare instructions, including sun protection.
